Xbox approached us to make their Roy Woods collab a reality! We helped adapt the designs created by the artist for an EPIC custom Roy Woods Xbox Series S.
ROY WOODS
Roy Woods is a Canadian singer, rapper and songwriter. As a multidisciplinary artist, Roy Woods recently unveiled a new single and music video entitled “Insecure” ahead of his new album’s release, Mixed Emotion. His mantra is “say less, do more”.
CREATIVE PROCESS
Featuring graffiti-like textures & artworks, the final result features Roy woods’ signature on the front of the console and the controller. Both are decorated with the same design & graph variations, covering both controller and console with a vinyl wrap and a glossy finish.
The artistic direction was set by the team at Xbox, with a notable emphasis on a design that was inspired by Roy Woods’ upcoming album, Mixed Emotions.
